The Barkery proudly serves a wide assortment of treats for your pets. Each delectable item is made with organic, human-grade ingredients. Every Thursday at Yappy Hour from 5pm to 8pm, you and your pets can get the royal treatment including plenty of mouth-watering morsels.

While there are plenty of eye-catching fashions for both dogs and cats, you’ll also find holistic, organic foods and supplements, enticing edibles, toys galore, the ultimate pet spaw, and a chic salon that’s perfect to celebrate any special occasion.

  Are all the items expensive?
 

The atmosphere is first-class all the way, but you’ll find items to fit every budget. T-shirts start at $14, pet dishes at $12 and spaw treatments are available for as low as $20. The TLC and love are free!

  We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.

Your satisfaction as a customer is vitally important to us here at Pawsitively Posh Pooch. However, we do realize that issues arise. Our Return Policy is clearly listed here for your convenience in the unlikely event that you have any issue that may require additional customer service.

Returns and Exchanges: If we issue an exchange or merchandise credit, we will provide you with an address to where you can return ship your purchase at your exspense. Any item returned to us must be in its original, unused condition. This includes all original documents, boxes and packaging, with the tags attached to the merchandise. In addition,

  • Your request must be sent via email within 3 days of receipt of your item.
  • Your request must include the invoice number, date of purchase, and item number.
  • Please note in the correspondence if you want to exchange for another item or if you would like a store credit.

Upon receipt of your e-mail, we will issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. DO NOT ship items backs to us without this number. We will instruct you to package your unused item as indicated above. Once we give you the address to our receiving department, we ask that you send it via UPS or FedEx enabling us to track it. You will be responsible for all for all shipping costs (cost to ship back to us and cost to reship your replacement item). Item must be postmarked within 7 days from the date we issue you the RMA number.

Upon receipt we will inspect your item to confirm that it is unused and in original packaging. Only then will we issue your exchange or store credit. We will send an e-mail to you upon receipt for your records. (We reserve the right to refuse items that have been used or are missing tags, boxes, etc.)

If you do not receive your merchandise within 30 days of your original order, please contact us immediately.

You are responsible to provide us with the correct mailing address. If your purchase has to be reshipped due to insufficient address, you will be billed all shipping costs.

We will accept a return or exchange once per item. If you need to return an item more than once, a 50% restocking fee will apply. Heavy, oversized items may be charged additional restocking fees.

There are no returns on dog beds, crates, strollers or dog carriers

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable. For your protection, please send your return via carriers who offer package tracking such as FedEx or UPS (be sure to retain your tracking receipt for future reference). Pawsitively Posh Pooch is not responsible for lost shipments.

Damaged and Defective Merchandise: If your items was damaged or defective, e-mail pawsitivelyposhpooch@aol.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions from Customer Service about replacing your merchandise.

Proper Measurement is the surest way to avoid returns due to sizing issues. Because we realize that measuring a dog is not always easy, we make ourselves available through our e-mail or you may call us at 1-727-892-9303 to answer any questions or assist you in the process. We are dedicated to helping you find the right size for your pet.

All returned merchandise must be unwashed, unworn and unused.

For Custom Dog Clothing Only

The Key to the fit is in measuring. For our custom made clothing, the clothing items is made to your measurements. If you have any questions about measuring, contact us before you send us your sizing information. Just like people, dogs come in different shapes and sizes. Once you receive your custom order, contact us immediately with any problems. If you have a problem with the fit, we make every effort to work with you on resolving the problem. If the sizing mistake was in the customers error in measuring, we cannot guarantee replacement. In most cases, we will offer to exchange the item at 50% of its original purchase price providing that you pay the additional shipping costs involved.
